Please read these terms carefully before using our services or enrolling your child at Shivratna Millenium School.

Welcome to Shivratna Millenium School ("the School"), operated by Shivratna Shikshan Sanstha, located at Sangramnagar, Akluj, Tal-Malshiras, Dist-Solapur, Maharashtra – 413101. By accessing our website, submitting an application, or enrolling your ward, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or availing any service offered by Shivratna Millenium School, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
These terms apply to parents, guardians, students, visitors, and any other person who interacts with the School's website or services. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

Admission & Enrollment
Admission to Shivratna Millenium School is subject to availability of seats and fulfilment of the following conditions:
- Submission of a duly completed Application/Admission Form along with all required documents.
- Payment of applicable registration or admission fees as notified by the School at the time of admission.
- Meeting the age eligibility criteria as per the CBSE norms and the School's guidelines.
- The School reserves the right to admit or deny admission to any applicant without assigning any specific reason.
- Admission shall only be considered confirmed upon receipt of full fees and written confirmation from the School's administration.
Important Note
All information provided during the application and admission process must be accurate. Furnishing false or misleading information may result in immediate cancellation of admission without any refund.

Fee Payment & Financial Obligations
All fees are to be paid as per the schedule communicated by the School at the beginning of each academic year. The following terms apply:
- Fees must be paid within the due dates specified. Late payment may attract a penalty as determined by the School.
- The School reserves the right to revise the fee structure from time to time. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
- Fees once paid are non-transferable and non-refundable except as stated in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Non-payment of dues may result in the student being denied access to classes, examinations, or other school activities.
- All online payments made through the School's portal are processed securely. The School is not responsible for technical failures arising from third-party payment gateways.

Code of Conduct
All students enrolled at Shivratna Millenium School are expected to maintain a high standard of behaviour and discipline in accordance with the School's Code of Conduct. Parents and guardians are equally responsible for ensuring their ward adheres to the following:
- Respectful and courteous behaviour towards teachers, staff, fellow students, and visitors.
- Regular and punctual attendance. A minimum attendance of 75% is mandatory to appear for examinations, as per CBSE guidelines.
- Prohibition of ragging, bullying, discrimination, or any form of harassment.
- No possession or use of mobile phones, electronic gadgets, or any prohibited items within the School premises without prior permission.
- Compliance with the School's uniform policy and dress code at all times.
- Any misconduct or violation of the Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action including suspension or cancellation of admission.

This website is provided for informational and service purposes. By using this website, you agree to the following conditions:
- You will not use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may harm the School, its staff, students, or reputation.

Privacy & Data Protection
Shivratna Millenium School is committed to protecting the privacy of all students, parents, and guardians. Any personal data collected through the website or admission process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

- Student photographs, videos, or any identifiable content may be used in school publications, website, or social media for promotional purposes. Parents who object to this must inform the School in writing at the time of admission.

Transport & Bus Facility
Students availing the School's bus facility are subject to the following terms:
- Bus routes and timings are fixed by the School and may be revised from time to time.
- Students must follow the instructions of the bus driver and supervisor at all times.
- Any misbehaviour or damage caused to the bus by a student will be the financial and disciplinary responsibility of the parent/guardian.
- Bus fees are charged separately and are subject to the same payment and refund terms as tuition fees.
- The School takes all reasonable precautions for student safety during transit but shall not be held liable for delays or incidents caused by factors beyond its control (e.g., traffic, weather, road conditions).

Health, Safety & Medical
The School takes the health and safety of all students very seriously. The following conditions apply:
- Parents must provide complete and accurate health information about their ward at the time of admission, including any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs.
- In the event of a medical emergency, the School will take immediate action and notify parents/guardians. The School shall not be held liable for actions taken in good faith during such emergencies.
- Students who are unwell should not be sent to school. The School reserves the right to send a student home if they appear to be ill.
- The School follows all applicable guidelines issued by relevant government authorities regarding health and hygiene.

Withdrawal & Transfer
If a parent/guardian wishes to withdraw their child from the School, the following procedure must be followed:
- A written application for withdrawal must be submitted to the School Principal at least one month in advance.
- All pending fees and dues must be cleared before the Transfer Certificate (TC) and other documents are issued.
- The School will not be responsible for any delay in document issuance if there are outstanding financial obligations.
- Refunds, if any, will be processed as per the School's Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shivratna Millenium School shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the School's website or services.
- Any loss of data, personal injury, or property damage not attributable to the School's gross negligence.
- Any disruptions to services caused by events beyond the School's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, or technical failures.

Amendments to These Terms
Shivratna Millenium School reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the School's website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Solapur, Maharashtra.
