The admission fee is a one-time, non-refundable charge collected at the time of enrollment. It covers administrative processing, documentation, and related activities associated with the admission process.
Tuition and term fees, once paid for a particular academic term, are non-refundable. This applies even in cases of:
In exceptional cases — such as a student relocating out of the school's serviceable area before the academic term begins — a partial refund of tuition fees (excluding admission and processing charges) may be considered at the sole discretion of the school management.
Such requests must be submitted in writing to the school office with supporting documents, and the decision of the school management will be final and binding.
If a payment is made in error (e.g., a duplicate payment or incorrect amount), please contact the school office immediately. Such cases will be reviewed and resolved at the earliest. Verified duplicate or erroneous payments will be refunded or adjusted within a reasonable timeframe.
If the school cancels a specific program, service, or activity for which a separate fee was collected (e.g., a special event, workshop, or trip), parents will be notified promptly and the applicable fee will be refunded or adjusted against future dues.
All approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.
