How do I check my child's attendance?
Attendance is tracked via our RFID system. Parents receive an automated SMS every time their child enters or exits the school. For detailed attendance records, please contact the school office or request a monthly report from your child's class teacher.
How can I pay school fees online?
School fees can be paid at the school office during working hours. For online payment options, please contact the accounts department at +91 8793411005 or email us at shivratnamillennium@gmail.com. We will provide you with the current available payment methods.
What are the school's working hours?
School office hours are Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. The school is closed on Sundays and all public holidays. For urgent matters outside office hours, you can reach us on WhatsApp at +91 8793411005.
How do I get my child's RFID ID card replaced?
If your child's RFID ID card is lost, damaged, or not working, please visit the school office with a written application and a recent passport-size photograph. A replacement card will be issued within 2–3 working days. A nominal replacement fee may apply.
How do I report a concern about my child's well-being?
For any concerns about your child's physical or emotional well-being, please contact the class teacher first. For serious matters, you can reach the school's I-Care coordinator or speak directly with the Principal. You can also submit a confidential report through the "Report Issue" tab on this page.
When is the parent-teacher meeting scheduled?
Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) are held quarterly throughout the academic year. Dates are communicated in advance via the school circular and SMS notifications. You can also request a personal meeting with your child's teacher by contacting the school office to schedule an appointment.
